Under the auspices of Spouse of Prince of Riyadh, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organizes a ceremony to celebrate 756 distinguished graduates Date: 03/05/1441 AH
On Thursday, 29 Rabī' II 1441 AH, and under the auspices of Spouse of Riyadh prince, H.H. Princess Nourah bint Muhammad Al-Saud, University Conferences and Seminars Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University witnessed a ceremony for graduates, holders of master’s degree and higher diploma. As well as holders of the first class with honors in the bachelor’s degree and general diploma for the academic year 1439/1440 AH.

The number of Master’s Degree graduates reached (121), and (613) for holders of bachelor and diploma degrees and (22) for higher diploma level.

The ceremony started with march of leaders and graduates, then the sponsor of the ceremony, H.H. Princess Nourah bint Muhammad Al-Saud, delivered a speech on this occasion, during which she said: My dear daughters of graduates, you brought us together to rejoice in this beautiful evening marked with creativity on account of the distinctive content and honorable gathering. We are all proud of Princess Nourah University, which is one of the great edifices that witness success of Saudi women in social and academic fields.

She concluded her speech by addressing the graduates, confirming that each of them is a building block in the community to complete the overall image and the construction, and their homeland expects a lot from them.

This was followed by speech of H.E. Rector of the University, Prof. Einas bint Suleiman Al-Eisa, during which she stated, “About three months ago, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University marked by its new identity to convey a promising national message through its distinguished graduates, with whom we are all proud of today. Consequently, we are full of pride to introduce to the community such precious pearls”.

Her Excellency continued, “You are Knights of knowledge, future of creativity and the real investment that our nation is betting on, so we extend congratulations to you, to our beloved homeland on your scientific excellence. We also aspire with you to draw a brilliant future that reflects interest of our wise leadership regarding women and embodies the generous support we receive from the leader of our march, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for paving the way, creating hope, enlightening opportunities for Saudi women to be partners in various fields.”

Her Excellency, Rector of the University, concluded her speech by saying, “Today I see you here and the homeland wants you there talented, leaders, creative and taking the initiatives under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and I have no doubt about your ability to master the art of the possible impossible with national spirit eager to serve her nation. And always remember that there is a dream between your hands, a determination inside you, and support behind you and the path is paved before you for stunning success”.

The attendees also listened to the speech delivered by the graduates, in which they mentioned, “Allah has bestowed upon us to live at this time and under a government that believes in our generation and their capabilities, so that Saudi women and their empowerment have become an integral part of Kingdom's Vision of 2030. And the most amazing part is to complete altogether another chapter of a strong history complements a great march of giving, based on social leadership derived from spirit of youth in view of national sovereignty for our beloved country. Many thanks to Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, for hosting us with hospitably during our journey for knowledge and for providing us with distinctive academic climate, this great edifice that graduates annually, elite of outstanding women who compete in giving for the sake of creating the aspired bright future to serve our beloved country”.

At the end of the ceremony, the partners of success honored the graduates who lined up in a march to shake hands with the sponsor of the ceremony, while H.E. the Rector of the University delivered a memorial gift to H.H. Princess Nourah bint Muhammad Al-Saud.
