The field of computer and information sciences represents one of the most dynamic and influential sectors in the modern rebirth and evolution of society. The College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdurahman University represents one of the leading colleges for women in this crucial field at the national, regional and international levels. The college seeks, with unremitting efforts by both its administrative and education-related members, along with its students, to achieve a most prominent position among the colleges of the university and the colleges and universities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the world alike. In furtherance of this goal, the members of the college have already obtained several patents, with many of the members being cited among the top 2% of the most influential and highly cited scientists worldwide according to Stanford University's ranking. The College of Computer and Information Sciences includes three departments with nationally and internationally accredited and globally ranked academic programs.
