In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions. Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University continues its academic and developmental journey as a distinctive national institution of higher education and a testament to the influential presence and active contribution of Saudi women to the advancement of the nation, First Pillar. Throughout its journey, the University has established a position grounded in a rich heritage, academic, research, and institutional capabilities, and a university community united by ambition and a strong sense of responsibility. Building on this position, we embark on a new phase that calls upon us to strengthen our achievements, renew our practices, and elevate our impact, thereby reinforcing the University’s standing as a leading national institution that develops capabilities, generates knowledge, and actively contributes to serving society and advancing national priorities and the objectives of the Kingdom’s ambitious Vision. The University places the quality of education and its outcomes (Second Pillar) among its foremost priorities by developing academic programs, strengthening their alignment with developmental and professional needs, and fostering the knowledge and skills that empower our students to compete and lead, equipping them to contribute effectively to the realization of the nation’s aspirations. As the world undergoes rapid and far-reaching transformations in knowledge, technology, and the economy, we continue to advance the educational experience, connect knowledge with application, and expand opportunities for learning and practice. This enhances the readiness of our graduates and supports their ability to pursue lifelong learning, adapt to change, and create opportunities. The University also places research and innovation (Third Pillar) at the heart of its priorities, grounded in their national responsibility toward people and society. Accordingly, we direct our research capabilities toward national priorities and take pride in the effective partnerships the University has established with national sectors and global academic and scientific institutions, enabling the integration of expertise and the exchange of knowledge. We look forward to expanding these partnerships and deepening their impact in ways that contribute to transforming ideas into innovative solutions and strengthening the University’s contribution to development locally and internationally. The University’s ability to fulfill its mission is supported by an integrated infrastructure comprising educational, research, healthcare, cultural, and sports facilities, underpinned by advanced technological systems and services. The University leverages these capabilities to enhance the educational and research experience, improve the quality of university life, and provide an enabling environment that empowers members of its community to learn, work, and innovate effectively. People remain at the heart of our attention and the foundation of our mission. Therefore, we are committed to building an integrated university environment that supports the health and well-being of members of the University community, fosters a sense of belonging, confidence, and cohesion, and enables every individual to develop their capabilities, fulfill their role, and contribute effectively to the University’s mission within a safe and stimulating environment that values diversity and supports ambition. Our responsibility extends beyond keeping pace with the future; it encompasses actively participating in shaping it.
