Overview

The college was established following the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on 09/07/1433 AH (May 2012) and was officially inaugurated at the beginning of the 1434/1433 AH academic year (September 2012). Currently, the College of Dentistry offers a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. The program spans six years, including a preparatory year and five years of dental studies, followed by a one-year internship in the internship program. The program has been designed and developed based on the latest research in medical and dental education, with a particular focus on addressing the local community’s need for qualified dental graduates capable of practicing the profession and contributing to the prevention of oral diseases and dental caries.

Thanks to the dedication of our academic and administrative teams, the college is rapidly advancing toward its vision and aspirations, keeping pace with transformative developments in education, learning, and practice. This progress aligns with the college's strategic goals, which are in harmony with the university's objectives and the ambitious Vision 2030 set forth by our wise leadership.

In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to everyone who has contributed, taken the initiative, and supported the college. Together, we will open new doors for excellence, creativity, and innovation.
