About the Initiative:

This initiative is designed to support prolific researchers at the university in their efforts to publish their research in ISI journals.

Supervision:

The program is supervised by Prof. Dr. Enas Al-essa, the President of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and Dr. Thamra Mohammad Al-Shahrani, Director of the advisory support project for distinguished scientific research and publication and international representation at the university.

Target university researchers:

The program targets prolific faculty members who are among the most published researchers (X-Contributors) according to the ISI indexed databases with an impact factor.

Procedures:

- communication is established with faculty members and the university's most distinguished and prolific researchers to assess the potential for each researcher to publish one or more stalled or pending studies in ISI journals. These research projects should be ready or nearly ready for publication and should not overlap with existing university research projects to avoid conflicts or duplication of financial support.

- Agreements are arranged between the project manager and each researcher to support their work within an agreed-upon timeline. The agreement includes the researcher's assurance of the originality of the research. Hence, the researcher bears full scientific and ethical responsibility if proven otherwise.

- Workshops are organized to boost scientific publication, in cooperation with distinguished international researchers. (advisory and executive support project).
