Researcher Support Initiative:
A strategic initiative designed to recognize and support the University’s most prolific researchers publishing in high-impact international journals indexed in the ISI (Web of Science) database. It aims to strengthen the University’s international research profile and enhance its global visibility.

Target Researchers:
The initiative targets faculty members and researchers with the highest publication output (X-Contributors) at the University, as identified through the ISI (Web of Science) database, based on publication in journals with an assigned Impact Factor.
Initiative Implementation Process:
Phase 1: Identifying Research and Direct Outreach
Contact the University’s most prolific researchers directly to identify research papers that are ready or nearly ready for submission to ISI-indexed journals. Confirm that these papers are not associated with other funded research projects to avoid duplication of funding.
Phase 2: Support Agreement and Research Commitments
Establish an agreement between the project management team and each researcher outlining the support requirements and completion timeline. The agreement also includes a declaration of the research’s originality and a commitment to academic standards and research ethics.
Phase 3: Workshops and International Collaboration
Organize specialized workshops to improve the quality and increase the volume of scientific publications. Coordinate with distinguished international researchers to facilitate expert consultations, participation, and collaborative research.
