- Withdrawal from a course is not permitted for students in their first or second academic levels in all colleges.
- If the requested course withdrawal is linked with a co-requisite course, both courses will be withdrawn together upon approval of one.
- Bachelor's degree students may withdraw from up to 5 courses throughout their academic period, with no more than 2 courses per semester.
- Diploma students may withdraw from up to 3 courses throughout their academic period, with no more than 1 course per semester.
