University ID Card Issuance Instructions

  • Visitors accompanying students are strictly prohibited from entering the card issuance area.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Required Documents

Please bring the following:

  1. Original National ID
  2. University ID Card issuance appointment notification
  3. Proof of blood type (proof displayed through the Tawakkalna app is accepted)

Please note: Following these instructions and arriving on time will help us serve you more efficiently and minimize your waiting time. University ID Cards are issued at Station A4, Ground Floor.


English Placement Test Instructions

  • The test does not apply to students admitted to the College of Languages.
  • The test will be administered in person.
  • A student is exempt from the English Placement Test if she achieves the approved exemption score on the IELTS or an equivalent test, provided she meets the required overall score and the required score in each skill.
