C. Steps to Submit an Exceptional Opportunity Request via Self-Service:
1. Visit the university website: www.pnu.edu.sa.
2. Log in to the Student Academic System.
3. Select Service Menu.
4. Choose Request Service.
5. Under Category Type, select Academic Actions.
6. Under Service Type, select Exceptional Opportunity for Exceeding Duration and click Follow-Up.
7. Click Save.
8. To verify the status of your request, return to the main menu and select View Service Request Status.
9. The status should show as Request Sent.
