C. How to Submit Request
- Log in to the academic system.
- Go to the “Service Menu" → “Request Service."
- Under “Academic Procedures," choose “Exceptional Opportunity for Exceeding Duration."
- Submit and then check “Service Request Status" to ensure your request was successfully submitted.
