Distribution of Graduation Documents to Summer Semester 1445 AH Graduates (bachelor’s programs and applied college non-paid diploma programs)

The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University congratulates the graduates of the Summer Semester of the Academic Year 1445 AH. It is pleased to announce the start of distributing graduation documents and academic transcripts beginning on Wednesday, 24 Safar 1446 AH (28 August 2024 AD) for bachelor's programs and the applied college non-paid diploma programs.
Document distribution will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the main administration building – gate P05, according to the attached schedule.

To facilitate and complete the document issuance process, graduates are kindly requested to:

1. Complete the electronic clearance through the E-Services Portal
   (the clearance guide is attached) and ensure that the request is approved before arriving to collect the documents.
2. Submit their university ID card.
3. Bring their national ID.
4. Adhere to the assigned date and time in the schedule to ensure efficient service for all graduates.
5. Health colleges graduates must collect their internship certificate from their respective college in advance.
