The College of Engineering at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is considered one of the pioneering initiatives in empowering Saudi women in engineering fields. It was established in 1439 AH in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. The College opened its doors to students in the academic year 1439–1440 AH, becoming the first public engineering college for women in Riyadh.
