The Cooperative Training Program at the College of Engineering at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University aims to empower female students to apply theoretical knowledge within real-world work environments. The program focuses on developing their practical and communication skills, thereby preparing them to meet the challenges of the labor market with competence and confidence after graduation.
Program Objectives:
-Acquaint students with the the professional work environment after graduation.
-Develop skills and the ability to enhance engineering design systems in the real world.
-Utilize acquired skills to solve practical engineering and technical problems.
-Foster creative thinking in the analysis and resolution of engineering issues.
-Promote interdisciplinary learning encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
-Cultivate a sense of responsibility and self-reliance.
Target Group:
Female students at the tenth level in all majors in the College of Engineering, including:
- Industrial and Systems Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering – Communications.
- Electrical Engineering – Electronics.
