General Administration of Human Resources Organizes a Panel Discussion on “Fairness and Transparency in Job Performance Evaluation”

The General Administration of Human Resources, represented by the Training and Development Unit at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, organized a panel discussion entitled “Fairness and Transparency in Job Performance Evaluation” on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. The event was attended by 30 female beneficiaries from among the university’s staff and was held at the university’s Central Library. The panel discussion addressed the current reality of job performance evaluation and highlighted ways to enhance fairness and transparency in practical applications. This, in turn, contributes to improving job performance efficiency and fostering a motivating work environment that supports professional development. The session reviewed a number of key themes and fundamental concepts related to performance evaluation, emphasizing the importance of objectivity and the mechanisms for applying fairness and transparency within evaluation systems. The panel discussion was presented by Dr. Maryam Al-Khatib. The discussion witnessed positive interaction from the participants, who emphasized the importance of such meetings in raising awareness of professional practices and their role in developing job performance and motivating female employees toward excellence and creativity, positively reflecting on indicating on the overall work environment. This panel discussion is part of a series of training programs implemented by the Training and Development Unit within the General Administration of Human Resources, contributing to the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s strategic plan objectives by providing a sustainable educational environment, developing competencies, and supporting a culture of institutional excellence.
