The Student and Career Support Center, represented by the Alumni Affairs Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, organized today, Thursday, 27 November 2025, the “Mock Job Interviews” event to enhance the career readiness of students and graduates. The event was held at the University’s Conference and Seminar Center. The event featured the participation of several employment and training entities from various sectors, aiming to refine the professional skills of students and graduates, raise their awareness of recruitment mechanisms and procedures, and connect them with potential employers by providing opportunities for direct interaction with representatives of the participating organizations. The event included a series of programs and activities, most notably: conducting simulated personal interviews to mirror real job interview experiences, holding feedback sessions to highlight strengths and areas for improvement in performance, as well as introducing available employment and training opportunities offered by the participating entities. These efforts aimed to support participants in identifying their career goals and choosing suitable career paths. This hands-on experience contributed to developing communication skills, boosting students’ and graduates’ self-confidence, improving how they present their qualifications, and familiarizing them with common job interview questions. Participants also received direct professional feedback from experts, helping them increase their competitiveness in the job market. The “Mock Job Interviews” event comes as part of the efforts of the Student and Career Support Center, represented by the Alumni Affairs Department, to contribute to achieving Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025. It aims to provide competitive graduates, offer career guidance to students, prepare a skilled workforce capable of competing in the labor market, and empower students to contribute to building the society of the future.
