Nourah Houses for Educational Expertise at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded their training programs, activities, and plans across the three houses: Consultation and Professional Development, Talents, and the Digital House. These programs targeted faculty members, administrative staff, students, and various community groups. The programs were characterized by diversity and comprehensiveness, aligning with the vision and objectives of Nourah Houses to develop and empower human capital through the provision of consultancy, research, and training services, the establishment of community partnerships, and excellence in sustainable professional development programs for educators. Nourah Houses delivered 12 training programs covering vital and specialized topics, including artificial intelligence concepts and applications, values-based teaching, supportive learning environments, table setting art, creative thinking skills, initiative development skills, and fundamentals of professional project management. These programs were delivered by qualified experts and specialists from the university. The Consultation and Professional Development House implemented several programs and projects, including the Research Instruments Review Project, launched two years ago to serve postgraduate students and researchers from within and outside the university. This year witnessed an expansion of services through the addition of research coordination and linguistic and spelling proofreading, in response to beneficiaries’ needs. In alignment with Princess Nourah University’s direction toward preparing competitive graduates and strengthening their capabilities in line with labor market demands, Nourah Houses implemented the third edition of the Employment Qualification Week Program, targeting graduates of the College of Education and Human Development. The program focused on enhancing graduate readiness through workshops, career guidance sessions, professional interest and aptitude assessments, and personality tests. Nourah Houses continue to develop their training plans by identifying training needs, overcoming challenges, and expanding projects that support the university’s strategic directions, aiming to transform academic knowledge into practical outcomes and skills. These efforts contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by building a distinguished student experience ecosystem that integrates curricular and extracurricular activities, focuses on developing student capabilities, supports student success, and builds knowledge-based communities.
