The tasks​:

1. Preparing speeches for the minutes of the councils of the scientific, humanitarian, health and applied colleges.

2. Follow up on academic affairs decisions of the University Council and submit the same to the competent authorities.

3. Submitting the decisions of joining and renewal of members of the college councils to the secretariat of the University Council.

4. Providing colleges and institutes with an executive plan for the conduct of the educational process at the beginning of the academic year.

5. Ensuring the readiness of colleges and institutes for study at the beginning of the first semester of the university year.

6. Managing field trips to the colleges to ensure the colleges' readiness.

7. Preparing a final readiness report and submitting it to Her Excellency the President of the University.

8. Directing the colleges and institutes to continue teaching and regular lectures from the first day.

9. Organizing tours for the first day of study for Her Excellency the Rector of the University and Her Excellency the Vice-Rector, in coordination with His Excellency's office.

10. Submit a daily report on the follow-up rounds of study regularity on the first day and the observed observations.

11. Directing the colleges and institutes to ensure that colleges are prepared for the final practical and theoretical exams and providing them with a guide for final exams and instructions for female students.

12. Follow up on colleges' preparations for final exams through daily field trips before and during the exam period, and submit a report of the observations.

13. An inventory of the number of (practical and theoretical final exams/present and absent female students) on a daily basis with the colleges via an Excel file link that is circulated to the colleges and institutes.

14. Preparing a final report for the tests and submitting it to Her Excellency the University Rector.

15. Providing colleges with a summer semester calendar and controls for selecting summer courses.

16. Listing the courses offered and proposed by the colleges through a customized form and a study of justifications.

17. Providing the colleges with approved courses to be offered during the summer semester to complete what is necessary.

18. Follow up on the colleges' preparations for the summer semester by conducting field trips.

19. Preparing a final report for the summer semester and submitting it to Her Excellency the   University Rector and the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

20. Providing the university's human resources department with the quarterly final report on appointing members.

21. Providing forms for information and data related to the progress of the educational process and circulating them to colleges.​
