Overview

At Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), we are committed to achieving our strategic goals by empowering our students and preparing them to become competitive contributors to the national economy through the development of their knowledge, skills, and values. We also recognize the importance of continuous professional development for our faculty and staff and are committed to advancing future-focused academic programs while strengthening the institutional capabilities that support excellence, sustainability, and financial stability.

To support these goals, we launched the Flexible Learning Pathways Initiative, which offers specialized learning pathways designed to develop professional skills in partnership with leading global universities and companies. The initiative provides a diverse range of training courses through the FutureX National e-Learning Platform.

Initiative Objectives

1. To align learning outcomes with labor market needs by equipping PNU graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to pursue successful careers.
2. To support faculty and administrative staff through continuous professional development and upskilling opportunities.
