Within the framework of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University's endeavor to achieve its ambitious strategic goals, as the university sets its sights on empowering its students and enhancing their competencies by activating the first goal to become competitive competencies in the national economy, by enhancing skills, knowledge and values, and believing in the importance of continuous professional development for faculty members and employees, the university strives to achieve the second and sixth goals of its strategic plan of developing renewable academic programs that look forward to the future and institutional enablers that support excellence, sustainability and stability. To achieve these goals, the university launched the "Flexible Learning Pathways" initiative, which is a scientific track that supports the development of the professional skills of learners in partnership with the most famous universities and international companies. This initiative includes a range of diverse training courses that are offered through the national e-learning platform FutureX.

Objectives of the initiative:
1- Achieving proportionality between educational outputs and the needs of the labor market by raising the efficiency of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University graduates at the level of knowledge and skills and qualifying them to join the labor market with competitive capabilities and skills.
2- Supporting the members of the educational and administrative staff of the university by enhancing the possibility of learning to develop skills and experiences and keep pace with new methodologies.
