​The tasks:

1. Receiving complaints and suggestions submitted by beneficiaries or referred by concerned parties inside or outside the university.

2. Referring inquiries and complaints to the relevant authorities.

3. Follow up on transactions transferred from the unit to other parties.

4. Study the responses received and their conformity with university regulations.

5. Preparing responses to beneficiaries and archiving them.

6. Preparing quarterly reports on the number of complaints and inquiries received by the unit, their areas, and what was done regarding them.
