The program focuses on mental health in the workplace, organizational behavior, and continuous career development by equipping students with professional and practical competencies that enable them to diagnose and analyze psychological and occupational challenges and design innovative solutions to meet the needs of modern organizations, thereby enhancing productivity and employee well-being.
