University Employees from the Academic and Administrative Staff
This service enables the university to identify critical positions within the university, and to identify and evaluate the targeted human resources among employees nominated to fill these positions as successors to current employees in cases of retirement, resignation, end of service, or similar circumstances. It also enables the development of these candidates by equipping them with the appropriate skills and experience to ensure the continuity of institutional performance.
