In alignment with the designation of 2026 as the “Year of Artificial Intelligence,” the Media and Knowledge Impact Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University produced a comprehensive media knowledge file aimed at highlighting the fields of artificial intelligence, its concepts, applications, and modern technologies, contributing to raising awareness and shaping a smarter and more sustainable future. The file represents a media translation of the importance of artificial intelligence as a key enabler of innovation and sustainable development. It also opens broad horizons and emphasizes the importance of its responsible and sustainable application across various sectors. The media file included a package of digital content prepared, produced, and published by the Media and Knowledge Impact Department عبر the University’s digital channels, using diverse creative formats that addressed developments in artificial intelligence, its impact across fields such as education and the global economy, its connection to related concepts, and its role in shaping the future. The digital materials also highlighted the contributions of artificial intelligence to the Arabic language, its key applications in modern media technologies, and its impact on global productivity, while focusing on delivering awareness messages to the public regarding the importance of artificial intelligence and modern technologies, and ways to benefit from them. This reinforces the Kingdom’s leading role in shaping a future driven by sustainable innovation and technology globally. In the same context, the Department kept pace with the publication of major conferences and forums organized by the University during the current academic year, which discussed the latest technologies, tools, and smart applications in artificial intelligence, in addition to highlighting the role of the Artificial Intelligence Center at the University. This effort comes as an extension of the role of the Media and Knowledge Impact Department in contributing to achieving the strategic objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, aimed at leading knowledge and societal impact and enhancing innovative human capital. It also reflects the University’s leadership in building a sustainable economy and strengthening knowledge impact, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
