Noura Houses for Educational Expertise at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded their training programs, activities, and plans for the academic year 1445 AH across the three houses: Consultation and Professional Development, Talents, and Digital House, targeting faculty members, administrative staff, students, and various community groups. Noura Houses aim to achieve leadership and excellence in the educational field by providing consulting, research, and training services, building high-quality community partnerships, excelling in sustainable professional development programs for educators, and fostering the growth of creative thinking through talent, creativity, and technology. A total of 11 specialized training programs were implemented on key topics, including generative artificial intelligence and support for researchers and students in developing research plans, delivered by specialized experts from the University. The Consultation and Professional Development House delivered eight training programs, including the Research Tools Arbitration Project, launched two years ago to serve postgraduate students and researchers from within and outside the University. The project expanded to include beneficiaries from several Saudi universities, such as King Abdulaziz University, University of Jeddah, Umm Al-Qura University, and Qassim University. The Digital House implemented three training programs, offering workshops such as “Generative Artificial Intelligence,” which introduced trainees to generative AI, its applications, practical challenges, stages of development, advantages, and disadvantages, as well as a workshop on “Organizing Academic References Using RefWorks,” helping researchers and students create accounts, manage projects and folders, and add references from multiple sources. The administration of the Houses continues to develop training plans by assessing training needs, overcoming challenges, and expanding projects aligned with the University’s strategic directions, offering diverse and inclusive activities aimed at transforming scientific knowledge into tangible outcomes and practical skills. These efforts contribute to achieving Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by building a distinguished student experience ecosystem that integrates curricular and extracurricular activities, focuses on developing students’ capabilities, supports student success, and builds knowledge communities.
