The College of Science at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded the “Women Leaders in Science for Graduates” program, which aimed to qualify graduates of scientific disciplines from within and outside the University with the skills necessary to enter the labor market efficiently. The program was held at the College premises. The three-day program included a series of training workshops, namely: “Your Path to the Labor Market,” “Quality and Occupational Safety in Science,” and “Data Analysis and Its Scientific Applications.” These workshops contributed to providing graduates with competitive scientific tools that enhance their opportunities for professional integration into the labor market and enable them to take successful steps toward their future careers. The workshops focused on equipping graduates with the professional and personal skills required for career success, introducing them to key quality standards and occupational safety procedures in scientific work environments, in addition to training them on the fundamentals of data analysis and employing it in modern scientific and research fields. It is noteworthy that the “Women Leaders in Science for Graduates” program is a specialized training initiative organized by the College of Science, represented by the Business and Project Management Office, offering accredited certificates to participants to enhance their résumés. This comes as part of the initiatives and projects that support graduates. The program aligns with the College of Science’s contributions toward achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, which aims to strengthen integration with the labor market, enhance skills, knowledge, and values, and support women’s participation in the national development journey.
