Deanship of Development and Quality Organizes a Series of Training Courses to Enhance Academic Knowledge and Research Skills

The Deanship of Development and Quality at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized a series of training courses for faculty members to strengthen academic knowledge and research capabilities. Courses included: Career Guidance Program: covering the concept, importance, and objectives of career guidance, communication skills, career assessment tools, CV preparation, LinkedIn account setup, and professional networking, Department Heads Program – Change Management: introducing concepts and tools for managing academic departmental change effectively, Introduction to ChatGPT and Its Applications in Education: providing an overview of AI development, practical training, and emerging trends, Conflict Management in the Workplace: focusing on communication strategies and enhancing cooperative work environments, Preparing the Self-Study Report: guiding faculty on report preparation, data collection, and evaluation, Pathway to Scientific Publishing: teaching research proposal writing, manuscript preparation, and AI utilization in research. The courses align with the University’s 2025 strategic plan to enhance faculty competence, excellence in teaching and learning, competitive outcomes, and women’s empowerment in national development.
