Institute of Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers Opens Registration for the “Language Exchange Program”
News highlights

The Institute of Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has opened registration for the “Language Exchange Program” for the first semester of the academic year 1446 AH. The program aims to linguistically and culturally empower participants and develop their communication and community engagement skills. The program targets female university students who are native and non-native speakers of Arabic by assigning a language partner to each participant to support second-language learning through direct practice with native speakers. It also introduces participants to the Arabic language and culture, as well as diverse cultures, through a minimum of four hours per week. Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate of completion for meeting the Language Partner Program requirements. This initiative comes as part of the Institute’s efforts to contribute to the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by focusing on high-quality education and enhancing university learning through the adoption of global best practices in teaching and learning. Applications for the program are open until Thursday, September 12, 2024. For more information and registration, please visit the following link: Click here
