College of Education and Human Development Launches the “General Educational Professional License” Program

The College of Education and Human Development at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched today, Sunday, 25 August 2024, the “General Educational Professional License” program, targeting male and female teachers, candidates for educational positions, as well as female students and graduates of the university, to prepare them for the General Educational Professional License examinations. The program includes live virtual classroom sessions to explain the standards, delivered by academic specialists in curricula and teaching methods, discussion groups, interactive and textual content covering all standards, in addition to mock exams simulating the professional license tests. The three-week program is licensed by the National Center for E-Learning and includes 50 training hours covering several areas, such as professional values and responsibilities, professional knowledge, and professional practice. This initiative contributes to the College’s role in achieving Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 strategic objectives by enhancing human capital efficiency, excellence in teaching and learning, and the development of skills, knowledge, and values.
