Monitoring work progress by overseeing the activities, responsibilities and tasks of the subordinate departments to guarantee the delivery of services with utmost efficiency and effectiveness.

Evaluating all plans related to digital transformation, including executive programs and other sub-plans within the digital transformation.

Ensuring the university's compliance with national legislation related to digital transformation and overcoming any obstacles or challenges regarding its implementation.

Adopting digital initiatives and aligning them with the University's overall strategy and strategic plan for digital transformation.

Maximizing the benefits derived from digital assets within the University while also achieving cost efficiency.
