Program Overview:

The Environmental Microbiology and Biotechnology program focuses on the study of microorganisms and their impact on the environment, in addition to the application of biotechnological tools across various fields. This program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand environmental interactions and utilize biotechnology to achieve sustainable development and innovation in multiple sectors.

Admission Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or other related health science fields.
  • A minimum GPA of "Very Good" in the bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum score of 5.0 in the IELTS Academic test or its equivalent from other recognized English proficiency exams. Applicants with a bachelor's degree from a country where English is the native language may be exempted from the language requirement.
  • A minimum score of 75 in the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates (PGAT) or a qualifying score in the GRE General Test (Quantitative Reasoning section).
