Program Overview:

This is a unique interdisciplinary program, the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aimed at preparing leaders for national development and achieving the vision's objectives by increasing women's participation in the labor market. It empowers women to actively contribute to national development in various sectors.


 Program Objectives:

The program aims to prepare and qualify students to become leaders and researchers interested in women's issues and their needs. This will empower women and enhance their role in contributing effectively to the state's development process. It will also enable decision-makers to plan accurately and adopt development policies that align with actual needs.


 Admission Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum grade of "C."
  • A minimum score of 4.5 in the IELTS Academic test or equivalent from other English language proficiency tests. (Exemption from the language requirement may apply for those with a bachelor's degree from a country where English is the native language.)
  • A minimum score of 65 in the Graduate General Aptitude Test (PGAT).
  • Passing the personal interview.
  • A CV.
  • Submission of a personal statement.
  • Professional experience.
