Program Overview:

The program was created to meet both international and local needs. It aims to graduate specialized professionals in this field who can help children with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders to become more independent in daily life activities and integrate with their peers in accordance with local trends. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia places great importance on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and this program is a specialized track for graduates of special education and psychology programs, addressing the demand in the job market for professionals in this field.


 Program Goals:

  1. To provide graduates with concepts, theories, and therapeutic plans based on evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  2. To develop graduates' critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design experimental designs and intervention plans in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  3. To equip graduates with the personal competencies needed for responsibility, communication, and teamwork in field practices.
  4. To instill professional and academic ethics for effective work in the educational field.
  5. To actively participate in providing community and educational services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
  6. To promote continuous self-development and staying updated with changes in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  7. To apply behavior analysis techniques and provide therapeutic plans based on evidence-based practices during field training.


 Admission Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of "C."
  • A minimum score of 4 in the IELTS Academic test or an equivalent English language test.
  • Passing a personal interview.
