The College of Law, represented by the Department of Public Law, extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees for its outstanding efforts in supporting and activating the Legal Forum entitled "The Tax System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." These efforts were reflected through the delivery of impactful training workshops and the promotion of further avenues of collaboration. The College also expresses its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the esteemed speakers and workshop presenters for their valuable contributions and knowledge-sharing, which significantly enriched the forum and contributed to its success in achieving its objectives. It is worth noting that the forum aimed to highlight the recent developments in the Kingdom’s tax system and its pivotal role in achieving Saudi Vision 2030. This was explored through two integrated perspectives: a legal-academic one, focusing on legislative and regulatory aspects, and an economic one, addressing the challenges and opportunities arising from tax policies.
