Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s women’s volleyball team achieved first place in the Saudi University Sports Federation Volleyball Championship for its sixteenth season, hosted by Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, with the participation of (25) universities from across the Kingdom. The participation of Princess Nourah University’s team in the championship took place from 4 to 7 February 2026, with the aim of enhancing students’ athletic skills, contributing to the achievement of sports excellence, fostering a spirit of competition and athletic interaction, showcasing technical performance levels, and representing the university in local, regional, and international sports events. Winning first place serves as a strong motivation to further enhance female students’ participation in sports activities and confirms their ability to achieve outstanding results in national competitions. This achievement contributes to strengthening Princess Nourah University’s presence in university sports forums and encourages investment in women’s sports as one of the key drivers of university excellence. This accomplishment comes within the framework of the efforts of the Sports Affairs Administration to contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan by enhancing students’ sports participation, supporting athletic excellence, and providing a university environment centered on developing athletic capabilities and promoting skills, knowledge, and values.
