The College of Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University will organize the “Women Leaders in Science for Graduates” program on Sunday, 8 February 2026, at the college premises. The program aims to enhance the competencies of graduates from within and outside the university and to scientifically and professionally prepare them with the skills required to enter the labor market efficiently. The “Women Leaders in Science for Graduates” program, which continues until 10 February, includes a package of specialized training workshops in scientific research, data analysis, and the labor market. These workshops contribute to developing scientific and practical skills, labor market–related competencies, and awareness of future career pathways. The training workshops cover a series of topics, most notably: “Scientific Research and Fair Publishing,” which equips graduates with the skills, foundations, and tools necessary for writing scientific research; “Your Path to the Labor Market,” which develops professional and soft skills required for career success; and “Data Analysis and Its Scientific Applications,” which trains participants in the fundamentals of data analysis and its use in modern scientific and research fields. The program is a specialized training initiative organized by the College of Sciences, represented by the Business Office and Project Management Office, and offers accredited certificates to participants to enhance their CVs. It is part of initiatives and projects supporting graduates. The “Women Leaders in Science for Graduates” program extends the efforts of the College of Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to develop graduates’ skills and contribute to achieving the university’s strategic plan objectives by preparing competitive competencies, enhancing values, knowledge, and skills, and providing a sustainable educational environment.
