Deanship of Development and Quality Hosts the Saudi Ambassador to Canada in an Inspiring Leadership Session

The Deanship of Development and Quality at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized, today Thursday, 29 January 2026, a session titled “Inspiring for Leaders,” delivered by Her Excellency the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Ambassador to Canada, Ms. Amal bint Yahya Al-Moallimi, at the University’s Central Library. The session focused on achieving several objectives for female leaders among university staff, most notably developing effective leadership skills in dynamic work environments, creating sustainable impact, fostering a culture of balance between professional ambition and personal sustainability, and inspiring leaders to make a positive impact within society. The session addressed several key themes, including balancing leadership responsibilities with family commitments, preparing for challenges faced by leaders after achieving their goals, maintaining passion, and sustaining long-term impact. This session comes as part of the Deanship of Development and Quality’s efforts to enhance leadership and influence skills and to contribute to achieving the University’s strategic plan objectives by preparing competitive competencies and strengthening values, knowledge, and skills.
