The Pharmacy Club at the College of Pharmacy, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, will organize the 12th edition of the “More Than a Pharmacist” event on Thursday, 22 January 2026, with the aim of disseminating knowledge and strengthening professional relationships among female and male pharmacy students and graduates, as well as those interested and specialized in the field of pharmacy. The event will be held at the Natural and Health Sciences Research Center at the University. Held under the slogan “We Innovate and Lead the Future,” the “More Than a Pharmacist” event represents an integrated professional and knowledge-based experience. It offers participants the opportunity to meet field experts through panel discussions, dialogue sessions, and interactive exhibitions that showcase real-life experiences and future opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. The event will feature the participation of approximately 25 healthcare entities, in addition to a number of female and male speakers specialized in pharmacy. “More Than a Pharmacist” seeks to introduce female and male students and graduates of colleges of pharmacy from various universities to the latest trends in digital pharmacy, artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical innovation, entrepreneurship, and pharmaceutical sustainability. This contributes to creating an interactive platform that brings together experts, students, and graduates to exchange knowledge and experiences. The event also includes a range of accompanying interactive activities, most notably the “Innovate with Your Talent” exhibition, which aims to empower young talents and support innovation by showcasing individual skills and innovations. In addition, the “Hospital Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Associations” corner will provide pharmacy students and professionals in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors with health-related information and respond to their professional and academic inquiries. It is worth noting that the “More Than a Pharmacist” event is an annual initiative that aims to empower pharmacy students and connect them with the labor market through diverse activities that keep pace with modern developments in the field of pharmacy.
