The College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized the “Media Windows” exhibition, featuring (30) graduation projects by students of the Digital Journalism program, held at the college premises. The students’ projects highlighted contemporary and modern topics in the fields of media and journalism, reflecting their skills in media production and content creation. This was achieved through media research studies that included analytical and applied research in various fields, media websites designed as interactive digital platforms, digital applications and games employing interactive media, and innovative digital journalistic materials. The projects covered a range of themes, including media literacy and the development of media practice, memory and cultural identity, digital games and journalistic simulation, specialized journalism and content creation, social and cultural issues, child-oriented media, tourism promotion through digital platforms, and women’s leadership in digital media. The exhibition aimed to showcase learning outcomes and demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired by students throughout their academic journey, presenting applied models that integrate theoretical and practical aspects across various media fields. It also sought to promote a culture of innovation and media production among students, encourage them to develop innovative media solutions, and provide a platform for communication between students and faculty members on issues related to the media industry. The “Media Windows” exhibition reflects the role of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in contributing to the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by preparing media graduates with strong cognitive, research, and professional competencies in the field of journalism and media, enhancing skills, knowledge, and values, and supporting integration with the labor market.
