The Student and Career Support Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched today, Sunday, 23 June 2024, the second edition of the “Masar” summer program, with the participation of a number of private-sector entities. The program aims to prepare the University’s students and graduates for the labor market through training at the headquarters of the participating entities. The program seeks to develop competitive competencies that contribute to the national development journey and to enhance the employability readiness of the University’s students and graduates by equipping them with professional skills and practical experience through a journey that begins with personal and professional development and ends with nomination for training opportunities. The “Masar” summer program includes a package of enrichment events and activities, including a career guidance boot camp in partnership with GROWAT, which grants successful participants a Certificate in Professional Management (CMP). It also includes online workshops delivered in partnership with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University for students and graduates of both universities. This comes within efforts of the Student and Career Support Center to contribute to achieving the goals of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by qualifying students for the labor market, providing competitive outcomes, and enabling students to contribute to building the society of the future.
