The College of Languages at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized yesterday, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the “Scientific Poster” event for students of the Applied Linguistics Department. The event, held on the college campus, aimed to highlight the department’s academic outputs and promote research activity. The event showcased graduates’ projects on Saudi identity and culture, demonstrating students’ research and analytical skills, as well as their ability to propose solutions related to linguistic theories, concepts, and their practical applications. This contributes to fostering innovation and enhancing the quality of communication within the field of Saudi identity and culture. The event also included a dedicated corner introducing the students’ diverse scientific projects in Saudi culture. It further encouraged interaction between students and attendees from relevant disciplines through the exchange of research ideas and viewpoints, and by responding to related academic inquiries. The “Scientific Poster” event comes as part of the College of Languages’ efforts to support the achievement of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025 by strengthening scientific research, developing students’ capabilities, preparing a generation of distinguished scientific competencies, and enhancing their competitiveness in the fields of language and communication. This aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on building qualified national talents capable of meeting the needs of development programs and sustaining them.
