The College of Design and Arts at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University will organize tomorrow, Monday, 1 December 2025, the “Nasaq 14” exhibition to showcase the graduation projects of students from the Printmaking track in the Department of Visual Arts. The exhibition will be held at the college’s premises. The exhibition, which will run until Wednesday, 3 December 2025, will feature around 25 innovative art projects that reflect the artistic and creative skills of the graduates and highlight their ability to produce heritage-inspired works rooted in Saudi identity. These works are presented with an original and inventive vision through the application of acquired knowledge in the field of printmaking. The exhibition will provide a platform for interaction and communication between students and individuals interested in the field, contributing to the exchange of expertise, the inspiration of new ideas, and connecting students to labor market needs and professional requirements in printmaking. Dr. Nora Al-Qabba, Chair of the Department of Visual Arts, explained that “this edition of the exhibition comes in a developed format aligned with the continuous enhancement of the Visual Arts Program, aiming to prepare graduates more professionally for artistic practice. It seeks to empower them to produce artwork starting from developing an in-depth experimental and research-based proposal, to executing it with full awareness of both conceptual and technical aspects, culminating in presenting it to the public as the final stage.” The exhibition will welcome interested visitors from the community on Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for women, allowing them to explore the wide range of artworks inspired by Saudi identity and discover creative models that blend heritage with modernity. The “Nasaq 14” Exhibition at the College of Design and Arts aligns with the goals of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s 2025 Strategic Plan, contributing to the preparation of competitive talents and supporting students through a stimulating educational environment that fosters creativity, innovation, culture, and the arts.
