Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has ranked sixth among educational and training institutions in the 2025 Digital Transformation Index issued by the Digital Government Authority, within the “Education and Training Group,” achieving an integration score of 84.44% among 31 educational entities. The “Education and Training Group” in the Digital Transformation Index aims to enhance the commitment of educational and training institutions to best practices, improve work efficiency, elevate the quality of digital services, and promote digital innovation in education. The university’s ranking is based on several indicators assessed across 10 dimensions, 23 themes, and 95 criteria, designed to evaluate the extent to which government entities adhere to the highest standards in digital transformation. These include: digital transformation governance, enterprise architecture, digital environment transformation, user experience, utilization of government data, and business continuity. Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s efforts contribute to achieving the goals of its 2025 strategic plan, including excellence in a digital learning environment, advancing digital innovation, and enhancing beneficiary experience with digital services. This accomplishment also reflects the university’s commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 goals in developing education and strengthening digital innovation.
