Her Excellency Dr. Farah bint Mansour Al-Askar, Vice President for Academic Affairs, welcomed on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at the university campus, Professor Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Catholic University of Portugal, and His Excellency Mr. Nuno Mathias, Ambassador of the Republic of Portugal to the Kingdom. The meeting addressed topics of mutual interest in the fields of medicine and biotechnology and explored avenues for academic and cultural cooperation between the two institutions. The delegation was introduced to Princess Nourah University and its efforts to strengthen human capital through women’s empowerment and to achieve academic and research excellence. The visit included a tour of the university campus, during which the delegation learned about key facilities, including the Natural and Health Sciences Research Center and the Central Library. This visit reflects Princess Nourah University’s commitment to contributing to the development of sustainable societies, advancing human capital, and promoting the exchange of expertise in higher education through strategic international partnerships.
