Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the National Center for Inspection and Control signed yesterday, Wednesday, November 5, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation in shared areas. The signing was attended by Her Excellency the Acting President of the University, Dr. Fawzia bint Suleiman Al-Amro, and His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Municipalities and Housing for Enablement and Compliance and CEO of the Center, Eng. Ali bin Hadi Rajhi, and took place at the university headquarters. The MoU covers collaboration in studies, consultations, and research, as well as the development of training courses and academic programs, preparation and review of training programs and packages, in addition to cooperation in developing and automating inspection and control services. It also includes collaboration in conferences, forums, seminars, workshops, initiatives, and areas of mutual interest. Representing Princess Nourah University in the signing was Dr. Dina bint Abdulaziz Al-Hammadi, Dean of the Institute of Development and Consulting Services, while the National Center for Inspection and Control was represented by Eng. Abbad bin Khalid Al-Abbad, General Director of Business Development and Financial Sustainability. The signing of the MoU reinforces the shared objectives of both parties in knowledge exchange, capacity building, and the adoption of innovative solutions. It also supports Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s efforts to strengthen strategic partnerships and to promote women’s leadership in national development.
