Princess Nourah University organized a series of awareness campaigns and events during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, under the slogan “Early is Better,” with participation from colleges, deanships, centers, and King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital. Activities included interactive booths, awareness lectures, educational workshops, informational booklets, preliminary screenings, and health consultations delivered by specialists to promote the importance of early detection and increase recovery rates. The campaigns also focused on educating participants about breast cancer symptoms, causes, risk factors, early screening methods, prevention strategies, and the latest diagnostic and treatment approaches. These efforts encouraged students, faculty, staff, and the community to adopt healthy lifestyles in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals for preventive health and improved quality of life. The campaigns reflect the university’s commitment to its Strategic Plan 2025 by fostering a campus environment that prioritizes health and well-being and reinforces its role in leading societal and knowledge-based impact.
