The Women’s Leadership Center at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University concluded on Sunday, 19 October 2025, the second edition of the “Qiyadiyah” training program, with the participation of (45) Saudi women leaders from various governmental, private, and non-profit sectors, with the aim of enhancing self-awareness, identifying strengths and areas of professional development, developing leadership strategies, and achieving impact in the workplace. The second edition of the program, titled “Leadership Skills for Women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” focused on enhancing leadership skills for Saudi women, negotiation skills, media management, digital leadership, and building confidence and self-balance through interactive activities. The program offered an integrated training journey that included workshops on several topics, such as: effective leadership styles, negotiation and crisis communication skills, digital transformation and its impact on leadership, leading high-performance teams, and leading change. It also included one-on-one coaching sessions, business financial simulations, and field visits to help refine leadership skills. Participants were awarded two accredited certificates from the Women’s Leadership Center and Cornell University after completing all tasks, assessments, and individual training sessions, which enhanced the program’s quality and aligned it with international standards. The program first launched in 2022 and has graduated two cohorts since then. It was also adopted as a case study in the Oxford Business Group’s 2025 report, which highlighted women’s roles in national development and showcased the program’s national impact in empowering women leaders in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. The “Qiyadiyah” program, in its second edition, reflects the efforts of the Women’s Leadership Centre to contribute to achieving the goals of Princess Nourah University’s strategic plan 2025, which aims to prepare competitive talents, enhance Saudi women’s leadership in national development, and strengthen intellectual and societal impact.
