Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, represented by the General Administration of Human Resources, honored approximately (165) members of its academic and administrative staff on Thursday, 8 May 2025, during the 14th edition of the annual “Creativity and Loyalty” ceremony, held under the patronage of the President of the University, Dr. Enas bint Suleiman Al-Issa. The ceremony included a speech delivered by the President of the University, Dr. Enas bint Suleiman Al-Issa, in which she emphasized the importance of human capital and its fundamental role in sustaining progress and achieving the University’s aspirations toward leadership and excellence. She stated: “We recognize that the University’s most valuable and sustainable asset is you, its creative workforce. You are the foundation for building a globally impactful university, rooted in its values, open to the world, leading in women’s empowerment, and shaping thought and knowledge.” Her Excellency expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the honored members of the University, highlighting their dedication, contributions, and commitment to quality and excellence standards, which have played a key role in the University’s leadership and its achievement of full institutional accreditation. The Director of the General Administration of Human Resources, Dr. Abad Al-Zouman, delivered a speech in which she highlighted the importance of empowering human capital and advancing institutional leadership to the highest levels. She stated: “The General Administration of Human Resources undertakes a pivotal role that includes fostering an organizational culture that embodies the University’s values, applying best modern practices, achieving job satisfaction, and building an environment aligned with our nation’s aspirations toward comprehensive and sustainable development.” The ceremony concluded with honoring the President of Princess Nourah University’s female and male staff members who completed leadership assignments, recipients of international, regional, and local awards for this year, those promoted to the ranks of Professor and Associate Professor, recipients of the honorary professor title from faculty members, distinguished administrative staff across the University, as well as retired members of both academic and administrative bodies, and resigning faculty members. The “Creativity and Loyalty” ceremony is one of the annual events organized by Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to motivate its academic and administrative staff and reinforce institutional loyalty, in support of the University’s strategic objectives centered on investing in human capital.
