Her Excellency the President of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Dr. Enas bint Sulaiman Al-Issa, received at the university campus the delegation accompanying the Governor of the U.S. State of New Jersey, Mr. Phil Murphy. The delegation included a number of leaders from the higher education sector, government officials, and representatives of private-sector entities from the state. During the meeting, both sides discussed topics of mutual interest in the educational field, explored opportunities for academic and cultural cooperation, and examined prospects for economic development between the two parties. The meeting also highlighted an introduction to Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and its efforts to enhance human capital through the empowerment of women and youth, as well as achieving academic and research excellence. The visit included a field tour for the delegation, during which they became acquainted with the university’s facilities, including the Natural and Health Sciences Research Center and the Central Library. This meeting comes as part of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s commitment to contributing to the building of sustainable communities by establishing international strategic partnerships that support its mission of empowering women, developing human capital, and achieving excellence in education and scientific research.
