Princess Nourah University Celebrates the Graduation of Its 18th Cohort of Distinguished Female Students

Under the patronage of the wife of His Royal Highness the Governor of Riyadh Region, Her Highness Princess Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University celebrated today, Sunday, 27 April 2025, the graduation of the 18th cohort of its distinguished female students holding master’s degrees, higher diplomas, and the top ten graduates of bachelor’s and diploma programs for the academic year 1446 AH, through the “Excellence Ceremony,” held at the University’s Conference and Convention Center. In her address on the occasion, Her Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Enas bint Sulaiman Al-Issa, expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the patronage of Her Highness Princess Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud of the Excellence Ceremony, affirming the University’s commitment to continuing its qualitative efforts to enhance women’s leadership roles, develop the educational system, and build globally competitive female citizens, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Her Excellency added, “Today, the University celebrates a new cohort of distinguished graduates in whom the nation places its trust for competence and excellence, as they shape their thinking around the opportunities of tomorrow. I also extend my thanks to everyone who accompanied the graduates on their journey of excellence toward the future.” The Excellence Ceremony honored approximately (372) graduates and included a variety of segments, such as a speech delivered by Her Highness the wife of the Governor of Riyadh Region, a speech by the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Ghada Al-Ammani, a procession of university leadership, a procession of graduates, a visual presentation titled “From the University to the Heart of the Vision,” the oath-taking ceremony for health colleges’ graduates, the honoring of the exemplary student at the university level, and the recognition of distinguished graduates. The Excellence Ceremony marks the launch of a series of graduation ceremonies held throughout the week, comprising (17) college ceremonies, with the participation of nearly (8,000) graduates from the University’s colleges and the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers, in recognition of their academic achievements, boosting students’ morale, encouraging continued learning and excellence, and strengthening values of belonging, loyalty, and social responsibility. The ceremony aligns with the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, aimed at highlighting women’s civilizational role, enhancing enablers of excellence and sustainability, reflecting the University’s care for its affiliates, appreciation of their achievements, and commitment to fostering a competitive spirit and motivating students to pursue excellence throughout their academic journey.
