The Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is participating in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2025, from 26 April to 5 May 2025, with the aim of highlighting the University’s role in knowledge dissemination, cultural enrichment, and promoting scientific research and publishing by showcasing the intellectual output of its affiliates. The Deanship’s participation includes an exhibition pavilion displaying approximately (124) titles of intellectual production by University affiliates across various scientific disciplines, including history, social sciences, arts and fashion, technology, and research sciences. The pavilion introduces visitors and interested audiences to Princess Nourah University and its educational and community services, including information about colleges, institutes, and the Central Library services. It also highlights the University’s international rankings as part of showcasing its academic and intellectual excellence. Dr. Badriah Al-Busairi, Vice Dean for Library Affairs at the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries, stated that participation in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2025 reflects the University’s commitment to disseminating the intellectual movement of its affiliates, introducing their publications, enriching scientific and cultural content, highlighting knowledge services, and promoting initiatives that support scientific research, as well as strengthening communication and exchanging expertise with cultural institutions locally and internationally. This participation reflects the Deanship’s contribution to achieving the strategic objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University 2025, by building bridges of communication with local and global communities, supporting the research and innovation ecosystem, leading intellectual and societal impact, highlighting women’s presence in the cultural scene, and supporting their role in national development.
