Next Sunday… Princess Nourah University Celebrates the Graduation of Its 18th Batch of Outstanding Students

Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness, Princess Nourah bint Mohammed Al Saud, wife of the Emir of Riyadh, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University will celebrate on Sunday, April 27, 2025, the graduation of the 18th batch of distinguished students. This includes graduates of master’s degrees, higher diplomas, and the top ten graduates of bachelor’s and diploma programs for the academic year 1446 AH. The ceremony, titled “Excellence Ceremony”, will be held at the University’s Conference and Seminar Center. The Excellence Ceremony marks the start of a series of graduation events throughout the week, including 17 college-specific ceremonies, with participation of approximately 8,000 graduates from the university’s colleges and the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers. The event recognizes academic achievements, boosts students’ morale, encourages lifelong learning and excellence, and promotes values of belonging, loyalty, and social responsibility. The graduation program includes a variety of segments, including a faculty procession, a graduates’ procession, a visual presentation titled “From University to the Heart of Vision”, speeches from the college dean and an inspirational figure, recognition of the ideal student, and the graduation march. The Vice Dean of Student Affairs for Student Life, Dr. Laila Al-Mutairi, stated: “Honoring distinguished graduates reflects Princess Nourah University’s efforts to foster positive competition, motivating students to achieve exceptional academic accomplishments and preparing national talents capable of contributing to sustainable development, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.” The Excellence Ceremony aligns with the objectives of Princess Nourah University’s 2025 Strategic Plan, which aims to highlight the civilizational role of women, promote a culture of academic excellence and competitiveness among students, and actively support sustainability. The ceremony also underscores the University’s care for its members and appreciation for their academic achievements, preparing competitive national competencies to contribute to the development journey.
