The College of Design and Arts at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized the “Takamul 2” exhibition yesterday, Monday, 29 April 2024, at the college premises. The exhibition showcased the works of postgraduate students from the Fashion and Textile Design Department, highlighting the artistic capabilities and creative innovations of graduates in their field of specialization. The exhibition featured 60 innovative garments designed and executed by the department’s students and alumnae, who demonstrated outstanding skills in fashion design, excellence in coordinating outfits and accessories, as well as the ability to prepare and organize the exhibition hall, manage guest reception, and employ appropriate visual and audio effects. This exhibition comes as part of the College of Design and Arts’ role in contributing to the achievement of the University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by preparing competitive graduates for the labor market through providing a stimulating educational environment that fosters creativity and enhances learning, research, and innovation among students.
